Question : I am 63+. Some two weeks back I developed some brownish patch on my left biceps. Now it is quite big. Then 2-3 days back I developed the same on right biceps. It is growing gradually. But there is no itching or irritation in any of these patches. Kindly give reason(s) and suggest treatment.
