Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service!
I reviewed carefully your ECG images and would explain that they are normal in general with some non specific findings like a tendency for ST depression in V1 lead.
Coming to this point, I would first recommend excluding other possible causes of abdominal pain (like irritable bowel syndrome, renal stones, billiary stones, etc..), by performing an abdominal ultrasound and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, kidney and liver function tests).
If your complaints persist and the above mentioned tests result normal, I would recommend performing an exercise cardiac stress test or dobutamine cardiac stress echo to exclude coronary artery disease.
Hope to have been helpful!
Wishing all the best,

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the additional information!
I reviewed carefully your uploaded tests and would explain as follows:
1- Your cardiac ultrasound report shows a normal heart function and structure. So, there is nothing to worry about your heart, as long as you have had no symptoms since then.
2- Your abdominal ultrasound report shows the presence of small stones in the gallbladder. This could be the cause of your abdominal pain.
For this reason, I would recommend avoiding spicy and fatty food and trying to eat regularly, in order to prevent abdominal pain in the future.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I reviewed carefully your last report and would explain that it shows in general a good heart condition, besides some slight changes due to high blood pressure.
Coming to this point there is nothing to worry about!
I would just recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure in the future in order to stop the progression of these changes.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
