Question : I am 70 years old and this is embarrassing but my penis has curved does not hurt but trouble having sex! I have tried a penis stretcher and does not seem to help for a couple of months!Do you have any sugestions!

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

It is quite normal for the penis to curve on left or right when erect.

The only pathological condition where the curve is not physiological and cause interference in sexual activity is Peyronie's disease.

Here a fibrous bend gets formed in the penis which can be palpated and felt by the patient himself.

You can feel and see for yourself if there is some fibrous tissue deposited on the upper-frontal part of the penis.

You can do some stretching of the penis (when flaccid) on a daily basis.

If the symptoms do not improve, please visit your clinician for clinical examination as Peyronie's disease is diagnosed only on the basis of history and clinical examination.

An FDA approved medication called clostridium histolyticum is being used by the clinician to treat curved penis.
It is used in patients whose penis curves more than 30 degrees during erection.
A series of penile injections are given which break down the collagen build-up.
