Hello

After going through the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that there are q waves in leads I, avl and v1 and v2 along with some non-specific ST- T changes in the ECG so taking into consideration the age of the patient I would like to suggest you to get an echo or a dobutamine stress echo done to rule out any underlying coronary artery disease.
