Question : I am Lalit, 30. Some time I feel like my face muscles is quite tight near to my jawline. I guess i have been facing this issue from 8 years but never took seriously. Was searching for the same on Google found out there is something called TMZ but not sure I do have the same. In addition two wisdom tooth are not fully outside, kinda stuck in between. Was planning to see Doctor but not sure whom do I need to contact whether ENT, Physician or Orthopedic ! Please guide me.

Hii. It seems that you may be having temporomandibular joint arthritis which may need tightening of the muscles. It may be also submucosal fibrosis which also can result in similar symptoms. You should consult an ENT surgeon, dental surgeon. You may need to do a orthopantogram to see the malocclusion teeth and x ray TM joint. According to the finding you need treatment.
