
I Am A 19 Year Old Female. Already Have Anxiety

Question: I am a 19 year old female. Already have anxiety and take prozac. Saturdaynight i took a marijuanaedible for the first time. Had a horrible reaction ,kind of hallucinated. Sunday moring i woke up still felt funny the whole day was a blur. Now i still feel funny but i have a great amountof anxiety , thinking im still in a dream. Feel lkie im going crazy. What do i do? Im traumatized i think..

The symptoms you're having are probably because of severe anxiety caused by marijuana. This is normal to see persistent anxiety symptoms even after 2-3 days of use. In some individuals marijuana can precipitate psychosis. But in your case most likely these are anxiety symptoms.
These should go by own but if you are not able to tolerate these symptoms then visit a doctor for help. Low dose Clonazepam or Lorazepam can help to reduce the symptoms.

No I don't think its depersonalisation. In severe anxiety its common to see such feelings but this doesn't mean that you've developed depersonalisation disorder.
