Question : I am a 50 year old XXXXXXX male and also have OCD. I am a germaphobe. Three days ago I had a sexual encounter where a guy licked my butt also called rimming. I didn't do any other sex act. I went to see my own doctor about it and he said I don't need to get tested or to worry about it. I am seeking a second opinion. Do you think I should get tested and/or treated? Are there any diseases I could catch from this encounter?

The act of rimming carries a low risk for HIV and STD.
I had cases of STI and HIV just with fellatio. Then it could also be possible with the rimming act.

But remote possibility. As you have OCD, it is better to rule out STI's and HIV by appropriate tests.

Syphilis, if there are any lesions in the mouth of the individual or HIV, Hepatitis are some STIs to be concerned.
