Question : I am a 58 year old man having a lot of pain under my lowe right ribs in my back.

As per your description,it could be related to Kidney.Ultrasound Abdomen will give a clue.
X Ray chest will give an idea about Ribs,Lungs and Pleura.
If both the above investigations are normal,then the pain could be due to Musculoskeletal cause.Tablet containing Thiocolchicoside will help.
