Question : Hi Doctor, I am a breastfeeding mother of 16th months baby, I have got below from my latest blood test. kindly advise

Vitamin B12 - 196 pg/mL
Vitamin D - 21 ng/mL
Hemoglobin 12.9 g/dL

Hi,
I have seen your reports and considering women and feeding mother the Hb level is normal and the dip in b12 and D can be due to feeding. Kindly take calcium supplements such as shelcal 500 one per day for 3 months and tablet reverve plus one per day for 3 months. Wishing you good health
