Question : I am a diabetic and noticed when I came out of the shower, both sides of my trunk showed signs of internal black and blue marks like organ hemorrhage under my skin. Could it be the result of a med I am on?

I read your query and here is my advice.

The two medications that you are using Januvia and simvastatin are not known to give these side effects of black and blue marks like hematomas.

I want to know if you are taking other medications such as blood thinners which may be causing these effects.

Also, if you are having problems with your liver can cause these symptoms.
Please do a total blood count with differentials and liver chemistry tests.
