Question: Ho doc, i am a homosexual. Today, I had rubbed my body against a guy, whose STD/hiv status is unknown. During the action he was naked and I was only I underwear, we did body rubbing and I gave him handjob under shower, we were wet and my underwear was fully wet too. No ejaculation, he just mimicked action through rubbing his genitals against mine, however I was fully wearing underwear. Does this impose any risk of STd/hiv? Please guide me through this.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It's important to note that HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can be transmitted through various sexual activities, including those involving genital contact, exchange of bodily fluids, and direct contact with mucous membranes.

In the situation you described, the risk of HIV transmission appears to be none.
HIV is primarily transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse, sharing needles, or through contact with infected blood or certain body fluids.
Although there was contact between your genitals, there was no direct penetration or exchange of bodily fluids. Additionally, HIV transmission requires a sufficient amount of the virus to enter the bloodstream, which typically occurs through unprotected sex acts that involve the exchange of bodily fluids.

So no chance of transmission.
