Brief Answer:
Can be due to nerve root compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The lumbar pain that is radiating to right hip is likely to be due to a mild nerve root compression. You need oral muscle relaxants, good hydration and methylcobaamin supplements to decrease such pain. In case the pain is persistent then physiotherapy- lumbar traction and medicines like Gabapentin can help.
