Question : I am a young man of 33. I am feeling discomfort in my belly and feeling a bit bloated but but I am yet to have dinner and my last meal was about 7 hours ago. I have also been belching/burping a lot for some time now. I have no heart burns and I do not feel sick. I also do not feel any need to vomit and there is no blood in my stool. It's just that I feel a bit bloated and its causing me some discomfort and I have been burping/belching more than normal. Please what do you advise?

Eat multiple smaller meals.
Get a complete blood count done and check blood glucose level.

Thank you Dr. R.K., I shall get the complete blood count done and blood glucose level checked.

I have a follow-up question: Can I get the Omeprazole and Reglan as over-the-counter drugs? Am I to take both of them together and is there a certain way to take them? Please shed a bit more light on this advice so I can use them effectively.

Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me with more questions.
Omeprazole is available over the counter.
But Reglan needs prescription.
Both can be taken together 30 minutes before food.
Let me know if you have anymore questions.
