Question : I am at a friends house and I’ve had a cough and cold for a few days and stupidly I decided to have a few sips of vodka coke. It wasn’t much at all but now I’m throwing up and I feel sick

As per your history, it may be due sore throat with gastritis.

Please let me know do you have fever, abdominal pain, loose motion, history of outside food?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with family physician for detailed clinical examination. He may procure complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen, chest X Ray as per evaluation.

Mean while, you can take cough syrup containing dextromethorphan and levocetrizine OTC. You may require antibiotics and tablet ondensetron after consultation. Keep your self hydrated. Continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargles.
