Question : I am attaching the 3 Thyroid Profile test report of my Mom tested in last 7 months. Last test was done on XXXXXXX 18th. Currently she is taking Thyronorm 75 mg. Does she need to change the dosage or is it fine to continue the same medication.

Hello and welcome here,

I have seen the reports. In my opinion, she can lower it to Thyronorm 50 mcg OD as her TSH is only slightly raised in the latest report, while T3 and T4 are normal. She can re-check the thyroid profile in 1 month. Does she have any symptoms?
