Question : I am bleeding so bad vaginally, it's like a water faucet. I also have blood clots. What could this mean?

Hello,
It can be a sign of gynaecological condition like fibroid uterus. Other conditions like ovarian diseases also be ruled out.
As of now you can take over the counter available drugs like tranexa to control bleeding. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
You have to consult a gynaecologist at the earliest and get evaluated. An ultrasound scan has to be done as a preliminary investigation.
A complete blood count is required to check whether your haemoglobin status is on the lower side or not.
