I Am Concerned I May Have Pneumonia , Regular Dry

Information
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
Pneumonia usually involves a fever along with a productive cough. But sometimes the cough isn't productive.
I'm not sure what you mean that your cough is more on the left side vs right. Do you mean when laying in bed?
Also, how long has this been going on? And do you have symptoms of an upper respiratory infection (runny nose, sore throat?)
Without a fever, if the symptoms have been going on for less than 10 days and you don't have underlying health problems such as being a smoker, diabetes, congestive heart failure, etc, and if you had symptoms of a cold prior to this cough starting, then you may be able to wait it out and see if it gets better.
However, your statement that you have a heavy chest sensation concerns me as pressure in the chest can be a sign of heart problem.
I advise that you go in to be seen - at an urgent care clinic - where the doctor can have a listen to your lungs, heart, and get a chest xray and EKG to see if this is a problem with an infection in your lungs, a problem with your heart not pumping well enough, or something else.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
