Brief Answer:
Furuncle
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It seems like a furuNcle which is bacterial skin infection. most commonly caused by staphylococcus aureus. It is a common skin infection. I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either amoxicillin or cephalexin, three times a day for a week. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic ointment e.g either neosporin ointment or mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a few days. For pain and swelling you may take an oral anti-inflammatory e.g either ibuprofen or diclofenac for 3 days. These are prescription medications.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
