Brief Answer:
Lymph node normally happen during infections.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The swollen lymph nodes happen as a result of different types of infection. You were having respiratory tract infections, bronchitis and flu and lymph nodes usually happen when suffering from them. You were taking the right treatment with levofloxacine 500 mg for 10 days. During the treatment the lymph node should shrink but it can remain there for longer after treatment.
I don't think this is something to worry about.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
