Hi,

Okay, then you can take the following medicines and observe for any worsening of symptoms. If any you need to visit a hospital asap.

You can take:
Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days After Food,
Tab. Montek LC 10 mg 0-0-1 for 10 days After food.
Tab. Sinarest 1-0-0 for 3 days after food.
Tab. Dolo 650 S.O.S, for fever, bodyache or headache. Maximum 4 tablets/day.
Tab, Limcee once daily for 30 days After food.
Cap. Becadexamin once daily for 30 days after food.

Warm salt water gargling and mouth rinse thrice daily or after meal/drink
Steam inhalation and deep breathing exercises for 20 minutes twice daily.
Home quarantine and maintain social distancing and sanitisation.
