Question : I am curious which SSRI you feel causes the most weight gain and which causes the least weight gain? Maybe you can give me a list of which you see most weight gain with and the others along with it. I cannot find the right medication for me.

In my opinion, sertraline is the SSRI which causes least weight gain and escitalopram causes most weight gain.

SSRIs in the ascending order of their weight gain causing potential are:
sertraline (least weight gain)
fluvoxamine
fluoxetine
paroxetine
escitalopram (most weight gain)
