Dengue fever is a viral infection and doesn't have a specific treatment.
You only can use acetaminophen or Tylenol for pain and fever.
Absolutely don't take NSAIDs such aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen etc because they favourite bleeding.
Also keep yourself hydrated.
Also can have regular for vomiting and nausea.
If you experience severe symptoms you should go to hospital for supportive care.
