Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be partially related to Adderall adverse effects.

For this reason, I would recommend stopping this drug.
It is also important checking blood electrolytes for possible imbalances and thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction which could trigger this situation.

Regular physical activity is also a to help maintain a normal muscle and body performance.

Regarding the acid reflux, I would recommend taking PPI ( omeprazole, pantoprazole) to help with it and avoiding spicy foods.

The other symptoms are caused by orthostatic intolerance, which is mainly treated with midline and fludrocortisone.

As long as the Holter and cardiac ultrasound are normal, there is no reason to panic.

Another advice would be to take vitamin C supplements to help reduce the progression of the disease.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
