Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service!

I passed carefully through your recent medical history and would recommend checking again your heart rate and blood pressure.

There are several reasons why your heart rate is elevated and you feel nauseous. Dehydration due to excessive fluids loss may be a reason. If you have lost fluids recently due to any diarrhea, excessive sweating, vomiting, fever, etc. you need to replace them by taking orally.

Other causes, maybe a potential cardiac arrhythmia like atrial fibrillation. In such a case, close medical assistance is required.

If your symptoms persist even after fluid replenishment, I recommend seeking prompt medical assistance to the nearest ER service at your locality.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
