Question : I am dizzy , dry mouth, from throwing up ether eating food, had 1 beer, 2 vodka drinks, 1.5 glass of wine

From what you describe, you could suffer from either a hangover or a stomach virus.

If you cannot stay hydrated because of vomiting and nausea, try Ondansetron tablets or Proton pump inhibitors (eg. Prilosec). If this doesn't work, you may require intravenous fluid therapy at the nearest ER.
