Question : i am down with cold from last 48 hours. Have a running nose. Yet i have not taken any medication for the same.only applied Vicks and taken steam once . please suggest .

You can take Cap COLDACT twice daily after food for not more than 3 days.

If the running nose is troublesome, you can apply Nasivion decongestant nasal drops twice daily for relief.

Do continue taking steam.
