Question : I am experiencing Acute Hairfall Receding Hairline in male pattern baldness. Though My family history has semi baldness and that may be hereditary but this can be stopped or prevented. Pls advice the correct medicationroutine to manage and control baldness hairfall receding .

Male pattern baldness is hereditary and hormonal in nature.
I would recommend you to apply minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily along with hair supplements like tablet follihair A once daily.
These medicines need to be continued for 4-5 months to see significant results.
First there will be stoppage of hair loss followed by regrowth of hair.
Also get your serum vitamin D levels, serum vitamin B12 levels, haemoglobin and thyroid function tests done as sometimes there derangement also aggravates hair loss.

Kindly pls prescribe if the Minoxidil 5% Lotion of a specific brand since there are so many alternatives in over the counter. Also kindly prescribe something for acne/oily skin/pimples
