Question : I am experiencing severe head at right side of the head and also near the eyes.
the pain is like piercing within the head and is severe lasting around 2 days

hi,
No cold sneezing or nasal blockage but having pain under the eye and only with in the head(right) it gives me a pricking or shock like feeling in the brain.
Sometimes i experience neck pain and a kind of discomfort not on bending.
usually i take crocin for severe headaches not any other medicines.
No symptoms of nausea or vomiting but can feel irritated and have done laser operation few years ago.My blood pressure is normal

Pain on one side as explained by can be commonly due to one of the following reasons:
Sinusitis.
Trigeminal Neuralgia.
Intracranial problems like hemangioma, space occupying lesions and so on.
Hence a primary examination by a Doctor is of utmost importance.
Followed by MRI/CT scan of the affected area to confirm or rule out the cause.
At the same time neck pain should also be evaluated and treated.
Please go for the above mentioned things to be sure about hte cause and get treated as per the cause found.
Consult ENT or Neurologist preferably.
