Question: hello doctor
good morning
i am pleased to inform you that since last 2 years i am facing a skin problem in which it appears to be some red rashes with red spots..A sort off red acne , all over my back and over my hands ..
also i am not having my Menstruation since last 5 months so as you to know if it has any connection with my skin problem..
i hope i am able to make you understand my problem

Hello,

The presence of red acne and oligomenorrhoea or delayed menses is a part of a clinical syndrome called polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS. This needs to be investigated with an ultrasound pelvis and also a hormonal profile which includes FSH, LH, AMH, Serum prolactin, thyroid profile, serum testosterone, and serum estradiol.

Please follow up with the reports.
