Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query

Lactating women usually suffer from hair loss which is most of times due to hormonal cause and is self limiting and lasts within a year or so. Sometimes it could as well be due to nutritional deficiencies too, this occurs when consumption of protein is not optimum. Hence, taking good amount of protein in diet can to some extent put hold to hair loss

Lower back and leg pain again is due to hormone changes and lower calcium score in bones. This is not only with calcium and protein, many other nutrients would go in deficiencies states if not consumed enough during lactation. The quality of breast milk changes providing good amount of your bone calcium to the baby as he/she is developing stronger bones which will help them to stand up and walk by next 2 or 3 months.

Its is recommended you to take calcium, protein and multivitamin supplements which helps both you and your baby.

Hope, I answered your query

Wishing you good health
