I would recommend you to go for certain tests like fasting blood sugar levels, thyroid function tests and serum uric acid levels as an abnormality of these are associated with increased sweating.
Also, you can apply Aluminium chloride hexahydrate lotion on the palms at night and wash it off in the morning.
This will reduce your sweating.
