Brief Answer:
Decayed teeth probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
As per your description the underlying cause may be decayed teeth or any tiny cavities in teeth.
Is there any black spots or depressed cavities on any teeth?
As of now you can apply fluoride containing tooth mousse for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you have to consult a dentist.
Thanks
