Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you may be having plantar fascistis or inflammation of fascia.
Possibly can be caused by type of shoes or walking surfaces.
You may need to take ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Avoid movement as much as possible.
Use good shoes with good support soles and do stretching to relieve pain.
If you are having muscle pain also you can add some magnesium supplements
