Question : I am feeling pain in heart, kidney, and liver some time, because of the extreme consumption of alcohol. I am trying to quit it. I checked my blood pressure, sugar, 2D echo, ECG. All things are normal. I want to recover all of my damaged parts.

Quit the alcohol consumption.
You can consult a counsellor and get through counselling and get some medicines prescribed if needed.


After 3 months of quitting get a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to see the liver condition once.

If needed you can take the supplements later.
