I Am Feeling Regular Fatigue And Difficulty In Walking, Loss
Question: I am feeling regular fatigue and difficulty in walking, loss of energy. Short of breathing while walking. Body pains.
food intake and digestion is normal.
My platelet count was 80 thousand on 5th November. Taking Supradyn, Xanurix 40 and Nervicare for last 9 days.
attached herewith my CBC report dated 5th Nov and 14th Nov.
Today tested again and Report is as under , Please advise.
as on 14/11/2018 morning.
Platelet count = 139 thau/mic L
Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin = 32.5
Red Cell Distribution width : 14.3
Mean Platelet Volume : 13.2
Eosinophils : 11
Absolute Eosinophil count :0.89
ALT/SGPT : 74

Hello dear. I have seen the reports. Your eosinophil count is high. Rest of the reports seems fairly ok with a minor variation which is acceptable. Cause of eosinophil high count can be allergy to parasitic or viral infections. A short course of antiallergic drugs along with deworming therapy for intestinal worms will help.
Cause of fatigue and breathless needs to be evaluated. Cardiac and lung causes need to be ruled out by a detailed clinical examination and investigations if required.
