Question : my vitamin d and bilirubin is low . i am feeling tired everyday . i donnot have energy to work

I have raised this concern with Doctor . doctor has suggested me 3 medicines for vitamin d , folvite mb , neurobion . after taking the medicine i am facing my old issue like nausea very much . also having migraine issue .
i have working for morning shift from 6 pm - 2 pm . so i have to wakeup at 4.45 am and after coming to home at 3 pm i donot have time to take sunlight . also because other deficientcy i am feeling tired after coming back to home . so i donot do any physical exercise .
please suggest me as per my report -
1) Do i need to change my shift timing ?other shift like 2pm to 10 pm ?or work from home ?
2) Do i need to follow proper diet to recover from this condition .
3) what is the best timing to take sunlight for vitamin D ?
4) Do i need to start physical exercise , if yes what will be the correct timing for it ?
