As explained below
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query. I have gone through your query and looked ino your report. I dont think diabetes and hypertension is causing theproblem as they are well controlled. Vitamin D deficiency can cause and high cholesterol levels.
I would suggest you to do regular walking twice a day and drink plenty of water around 3 to 4 lts per day.
You can take Cap. Drise 60,000 IU once a week for 12 weeks.
Cap. Becadexamin once daily after food for 30 days.
Drink mosambi, orange juice or buttermilk.
Can take tab. Vertin as and when required.
If it still persists then it is best to visit an ENT surgeon for a detailed examination and investigation.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further if any.
Regards,
