I can understand that during these tough pandemic times it is common to feel lonely and sick. I would like you to elaborate your feelings or symptoms so that I can help you better.

Do you have any medical illness such as diabetes, BP or thyroid or any other disease you take medicine for?

Meanwhile I would suggest you to not get stressed or anxious and do deep breathing exercises and exercise. Keep yourself hydrated well. Drink 3 -4 liters of water per day. Try and divert your attention to some activity you love maybe reading, painting or singing/listening to music etc. DO get in touch with your loved one who are living with you or away and talk to them about your feelings.
