Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symtoms are typical of a musculo-skeletal pain like a stretched muscle.

As a cardiologist, I would exclude any cardiac issues and I don't think that there is any need for further cardiac tests.

I would just recommend taking Tylenol three times daily and avoiding straining physical activity for a couple of days.

The fact that it is tender to touch, is another argument in favor of a muscular pain. You know that we can not touch the heart as the local pain during manual pressure is closely related to the muscles in this region and local inflammation.

So, just relax and don't worry about it!

Nothing serious is going on!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing good health,

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

This kind of pain could be related to the costochondritis or acid reflux.

I don't think that it is related to the heart.

So just relax and don't worry about it!

An antacid coupled with Tylenol can help reduce the pain.

Hello again!

I understand your concern and would recommend periodically check your blood lipid profile every 3 months, considering the fact that you are on mirtazapine.
