Question : Dear Dr. I am male aged 48 yes and weight 82 kgs. Doctor since yesterday I have been suffering the following.
1) I am getting pain in stomach like squeezing then getting loose motion followed by pain in stomach also I loss appetite. Kindly prescribe medicines pl.

I understand your concern.
can try a course of medications
cap mebiz sr 200 mg twice a day for 3 days
tab O2 twice a day for 3 days and see how you feel (provided you are not allergic to its ingredients)
Take cyclopam sos if severe pain too.
Worthwhile getting basic test like cbc crp creatinine stool routine occult blood and stool modified ZN stain too once to ascertain the cause.
