Question : hi, My name is XXXXXXX I am having a consistent low BP(90/60) from a long time almost from 6 months. I am felling dizzy most of the times. Can you suggest me what may be the problem and also tips to make it normal.
Brief Answer:
Increase water and salt content in your food.
Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
Lower blood pressure indicates that you are not consuming adequate amounts of water and salt.
Make sure you get about 5 grams of salt per day through your meals and also drink 4 liters of water per day.
Women generally have slightly lower blood pressure and it is not abnormal.
You should check your wieght though.
If you are underweigt then this problem is common.
Eat healthy and drink water.
Hope that answers your concern.
Best wishes
