                                            Question : I am having a dull aching pain in my left hypochondriac region...it agreevates with couging.
what are the possible diagnosis. No vomitting, normal bowel habits, no fever, everything else is normal.

The most probable reason I can think about is costochondritis as per the history you have provided.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Apply a Rubefacient liniment that creates local warmth and relaxes the muscles, reduces pain.
Anti-inflammatory medications with painkiller property like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
See for the results.
Get a confirmation from your Doctor by asking for an actual examination so that the diagnosis is confirmed and other likely problems are ruled out by X-ray o chest, ultrasonography of abdomen.
Avoid stress and anxiety as these are known to instigate or enhance the pain.
