Hi Thanks for posting the query.
Fever and cold could be due to normal viral flu. Take Tab. Hifenac P 1 tablet 2 times a day for 2-3 days. Have lot of fluids, warm soup. Avoid cold and oily food.

If symptoms persists then consult the local physician once.
