Question : I am having a problem with burning feet and upper arms and body feels hot all over when i wake up before i am even out of bed. I also have a burning feeling across the middle of upper back. I am on escitalopram , lorazepam and mirtazapine have been for 8 years. Recently another company took over the escitalopram but the pharmacist told me the pill is exactly the same, it looks the same but i wonder if this is causing my symptoms or if it is just my anxiety

So you do not think it is the lexapro causing the burning hot flashes on the feet and middle of upper back
Brief Answer:
Not likely to be drug induced
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is highly unlikely that these symptoms are due to drug Lexapro.
Better to get evaluated for other possible causes.
