Thank you for the follow-up and the image.
I have seen the image and it appears like while drawing the blood sample, the needle pierced the vein more than once so some amount of blood has come out under the skin and it has already stopped.
This happens very commonly. There is nothing to worry about.
It will take some time to disappear, so do not worry if you see it changing colours over 2 weeks.
