Question : I am having an op to remove a polyp today but I took clenane injection last night when I should not have done will this stop my little op taking place

I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the Clenane is anti coagulant used for
prevention of thromboembolism episodes and further clotting related
disorders.

* The risk of bleeding is enhanced during epidural or spinal anesthesia when
you are already on this medication.

As the polyp removal is not an emergency, I would advise to discuss the issue with your anesthetic and better postpone the same for a day or two without taking any undue risk.
