Brief Answer:
There is no medicine that can cure Chronic Prostatitis permanently

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through our previous discussion on your problem that you are facing at frequent intervals since last 20 years .

To be honest Chronic prostatitis is ideally termed as non bacterial infection of prostate hence antibiotics have no role to play in treatment modality .

I have suggested you to do gentle prostate massage every day .I have been practicing this modality on my patients of Chronic prostatitis since last 40 years and is getting encouraging results .

Get Semen culture done to rule out or confirm bacterial infection and if required take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

Taking anti inflammatory medications for a short period of time say a week or two is the only way to get relief from pain .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
