I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Two possibilities for headache in sun. One is some eye problem and second is electrolyte disturbances.

Get your eyes evaluated by ophthalmologist especially for vision and intra-ocular tension.

Take ORS or lime water with salt atleast 4 glasses per day.
