I Am Having Pain In Stomach For Last 4 Days.it

Question: I am having pain in stomach for last 4 days.it is continuous and bloated stomach.lhad ovarian cancer detected last year which has been operated on.had chemistry also.after every 10 days I have the same problem and after 4to 5days it goes away.ihad my ultrasound done yesterday.it is normal. I am taking all gas medicine
I feel mild fever also.kindly advice.

I understand your concern. As ultrasound scan was normal, it rules out serious structural conditions that could be causing the pain. Perhaps the pain is from digestive issues.

Can you locate the area of pain - Which part of the stomach hurts (upper or lower abdomen / right or left side)?
Is the pain continuous or intermittent?
Can you describe the pain - is it a dull ache, burning pain or intermittent crampy (colicky) pain?
Do you have any problems while passing urine - does it hurt more, do you have burning sensation while passing urine?
Is the pain related to food intake - does it worsen or reduce after food?

I would like you to answer all my questions. It will allow me to understand the problem better.

I have a dull pain .idont have any problem in urination.pain is more around the naval.my tongue is white.and accompanied by fever,i have dullpain and there is no specific area of pain,but still around the naval is more.no urination problem.blood reports are normal.some times pain on sides also.
I also had my gall bladder removed the pain is some what more after having food it is more or less same like gall bladder pain.

I am unable to narrow down the possibilities yet. I have few more questions and wish you can answer them too.

As the constant dull pain is aggravated by food,
1. Do you have nausea or vomiting along with it?
2. Are you constipated? Do you pass stools daily? If you don't when was the last time you passed stools?
3. Is the skin around umbilicus normal?
4. Do you notice any lumps in the area of pain?
