Question : I am having problem of itching in private parts for last 1 year. It comes and go frequently. My skin specialist has advised me Luilifin cream, terbicip cream, terbicip tablets,itraconazole tablets on various occassions. Itching relieves with medicines but recurs again. I am fade up of this problem. I have already spent more than 5000 bugs after them. I feel very awkward on office setting for this issue. Please suggest me some permament solution for same

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

I suggest you to use Ketoconazole 2% cream e g either Nizral or Phytoral cream, twice daily for 6-8 weeks. Along with it I suggest you to take 200mg of oral Itraconazole Capsule once every night, also for 6-8 weeks. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days for symptomatic relief from itching. Use an antifungal body wash regularly e.g Dersil AF body wash or Nidos AF body wash for bathing.
